[Wind Day] Events organized at the Seine Rive Sud wind farm
Supported by the sports clubs of Aube, H2air is celebrating World Wind Day on Tuesday June 15 at the Seine Rive Sud wind farm, located between Payns, Le Pavillon-Sainte-Julie and Savières. Several races and wind turbine tours are offered to families. Actions are also planned in schools.
On the occasion of World Wind Energy Day, H2air is offering several activities for local residents wishing to discover wind energy. Participants will be able to visit a wind turbine and/or participate in a running race in the wind farm. These races will be supervised by the Saint-Mesmin athletics club, the football club of the Young Val-de-Seine SC Savières – FC Vallant-Saint-Georges/Fontaine-les-Grès agreement. The H2air team from the Grand Est region will be present on the site to accompany the races, guide the visits and answer questions asked by the participants. A H2air GT operations manager will visit the wind turbine, from the age of 7.
About the wind farm
