INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER  - H2air

Compétences requises :


At least 8 to 10 years professional experience in the international infrastructure development, and/or within energy projects, a previous experience in the Renewable Energy would be preferable
Business fluent in English (spoken and written), and knowledge in French and 2 other languages (make us dream!)
Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of economic understanding; a previous experience with financial modelling would be a plus
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Self-starter with strong ability to use initiative and drive your own ideas and concepts
> Goal and result orientated, assertiveness and a high degree of autonomy
> Confident and very strong communication skills
> Willingness to travel (worldwide, but limited in time)
> Enthusiasm and passion for the expansion of renewable energies
> Degree industrial engineering, or similar degree
> Very good knowledge of MS Office

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

 

 

The international Development Manager, as part of the Development department and in supervision of the director of our Beirut office, will support H2air in extending internationally its wind and solar activities, with a first focus on Middle East, Southern Europe and Northern Africa. Other markets are possible depending on candidate profile.

As successful Manager for international development you will be responsible for setting up the strategy and necessary partnerships to enter new markets. You will be part of our high-performance, interdisciplinary team. You can expect challenging tasks in a European and international environment.

The position will be based preferably in our head office in France.

Location in one of our offices in France could also be possible depending on the profile.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES


> Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities and fitting H2air's strategy
> Lead detailed market and risk analysis of selected potential markets
> Identify, initiate and maintain relationships with key contacts and potential partners in potential markets 
> Structure partership to implement the entry into a new market; lead commercial and contractual negotiations with selected partners
> Provide support for new leads and ongoing international projets on partnerships structuration, PPA origination and structuration, financial modelling, tariff securisation and project finance topics during development phase
> Lead international projects from Ready-to-Build stage to financial close, including structuring and negotiation of bank and equity financing and coordination of associated due diligence process, implentation of business plans, negotiation of PPA, EPC and any other necessary industrial contracts
> Represent H2air at meetings, conferences and trade fairs at home and abroad, in order to increase H2air’s visibility on the market and look for new market opportunities
