H2air created in April 2020, the pre-construction service at the crossroads of development and construction. Thereby, the service manager, Ludovic LEBLANC, supported by the project managers Fanny CHEF and Thomas DA SILVA, aim to secure the wind projects and lead them to the construction phase.
Our mission is to optimize the realization of wind projects by emphasizing the planning and coordination of the various services involved in the pre-construction phase: development, legal affairs, financing, construction, or even, the connection. The department works closely with fellow project managers. This collaboration is essential in order to calmly lead the authorized wind projects towards the construction phase.
The pre-construction service intervenes when the projects receive their prefectural authorization decree, to then lead them until their realization. We are responsible for assessing and analyzing the risks of each project in order to guide decision-making before the start of construction.
We take over from project managers regarding communication with the territory, in particular for the implementation of crowdfunding during construction sites, the signing of amendments to road agreements, or even the finalization of compensatory measures.
After the first feedback, H2air chose to expand its skills in order to be more efficient. Indeed, the transition between the project and its realization can be complex in the coordination between all the stakeholders. The volume of upcoming projects also reinforced this decision. The in-house pre-construction service helps increase efficiency.
